Challenge: Make a savory and a sweet beignet! (Sorry no pics this week- stupid Bravo!)

Louis made Savory: Crab Black Garlic and Sweet: Persimmon Pine Nut

Crab lacked flavor and was a little greasy, Sweet one was good

Stephanie made Savory: Andouille and Corn and Sweet: White Chocolate Cherry

Both good, not overpowering but the dough was heavy (She used yeast)

And the winner is... Louis! Again! Poor Stephanie, sucks she had to go home like that!
