Challenge:  Make a Dish Highlighting Onions

Part of this challenge was that they had to prep EVERYTHING before cooking began. This was rough!!!

Tom was upset that neither of them used the onions enough... and I agree...

Janine made Pork Loin with Apple Rolls, Goat Cheese, Bacon, and Caramelized Onion

 She didn't get a very good sear on the loin which is unfortunate but that apple roll is awesome!

Patty made Grilled Pork Loin with Confit Potatoes, Andouille Sausage, and Onions

Her potatoes were super salty, but I have to say her dish looks better to me, maybe because there are more onions. 

And the winner is... Janine!!! She is on a roll!
