Michael looked sick when Tom lifted the lid and gave the challenge
Everyone thought he was calm, but I think he was panicked inside. He kept saying he needed butter to make a perfect risotto but then flips and says he needs whipped cream. From someone who has broken whipped cream into butter many times (oops) I know they are basically the same thing, but he sounded like a total idiot.
I thought it was weird that the guys were cheering for Micheal so much. Maybe it's because Janine beat them all!
Michael looked SO creepy when Tom was tasting Janine's dish... dude!
Janine made a Mushroom Risotto with Mascarpone and Rosemary. It had good mushroom flavor but too much lemon.
Michael made a Pine Nut and Thyme Risotto with Parmesan Crisp. It had good flavor but the rice was too mushy.
In the end, the winner is Janine!!! (Thank God!) Can't wait to see who she's up against next week!
Yay Janine! Keep it up. You went out earlier than you should have and you need to have vengeance!
