Challenge:  Take Chicken Breast and Make it Full-Flavored and Delicious

CJ: Chicken Breast with Mushroom Reduction, Greek Yogurt and Roasted Lettuces 

Bart: Roasted Chicken, Carrots, Greek Yogurt, Tea Infused Sauce and Speculoos Cookie

The winner: CJ!

I think CJ is FINALLY getting more humble. I think this LCK thing has been really good for him and I would actually like to see him make it back into the competition. Maybe he was just rusty? I thought Bart's dish sounded better (again) but I think Tom actually had a tough time choosing the winner this week. Do you think CJ can take it all the way?

Also... Tyler is still super annoying- shut-up!
