CJ: Vietnamese Inspired Ham & Butter Sandwich with Apple & Radicchio
Danyele: Oven-Roasted Turkey, Bacon & Avocado Sandwich with Pickled Onions
The winner: CJ!
Both looked great so it must have been hard to judge! I would have chosen Danyele's, but Tom thought CJ's had more flavor. I love how CJ said "Pre-made Meat isn't my strength" when he found out about the challenge. You're a chef, pre-made meat SHOULDN'T be a strength!
Also... Tyler needs to lose the CO shirt, it's embarrassing.
