Louis made Braised Yellowfin Tuna With Mushrooms, Kale, and Cabbage

More complex flavors but the fish is overcooked. Still moist and still tasty.

Carlos made Mahi Mahi with Mole Manchamanteles and Taro Root

Fish is cooked perfectly, but there is no seasoning. Acid is good but the Taro was undercooked.

The remaining chefs got to vote...
