Great flavors, the egg was cooked well and the roasted vegetables under the skin were fantastic.
Brian made Seared Eggplant With Chicken Broth, Oyster Mushroom, and Chicken Skin
Eggplant was cooked perfectly and everything was well balanced. Overall it was the best dish he cooked all season according to Tom.
And the winner is... Louis, again! Tom said it was the best dish he tasted all season!
Go Louis! One more victory and you're in the finals. If he faces off against Nick and loses I'll be pissed.
