Challenge: Make a savory dish with mascarpone 

After 10 of their 30 minutes they had to pick sous chefs to work on their dishes for the next 10 minutes while blindfolded! Louis picked Jason first (odd) and Sara picked Janine (duh!)

Louis made Mascarpone poached Snapper with Beech Mushrooms, Snap Peas & Potato

Shallot was a little overcooked

Sara made Mascarpone Polenta with Agrodolce Mushrooms & Swiss Chard

Swiss Chard could have been cooked a little more

And the winner is... Louis!!!
