Louis made Olive Oil Poached Prawns with Tomato and Fennel Bisque

Sauce was a little gritty, but overall was good.

Janine made Catfish with Potato, Asparagus and Saffron Sauce

She had good flavors, but not enough depth.

And the winner is... Louis!!! He has taken her down! WOW.
