Going into this I thought this might be where Aaron shines. He has a good background and if he can just make his own food, maybe this will be his redemption.

Aaron is out due to his over corrected bland and under-seasoned food
Came down to Jason and Janine!
Jason made a Suzuki Crudo with Corn, White Chocolate, and Yuzu Nectarine
Janine made Fried Oysters with Southern Vegetables and Creole Mustard Aioli
And the winner is....
Janine!!!!!!!!!!
