Tanya is up against Brother! They are challenged with making any dish their heart desires, but there's one catch...they have to make it in 10 minutes! Tanya did want the speed round! This is tough!!!
The Verdict: Brother got a lot done, his fish was good and the Cauliflower puree had great texture but was a little under seasoned, it could have used acid too. Tanya's Salmon was cooked well but her sauce had a raw onion flavor to it, the salad was nice. They both did well with only 10 mins, but Brother takes the win
LCK 9-
Brother is taking on Claudette! She's blasted through once, but Brother is on a streak! These chefs are on their last legs and so is the food they're cooking with...who will rescue this produce that's going bad? They can only work with the food provided which is old.
The Verdict: They did a good job- both had a lot of flavor! Claudette's dish had a light dumpling and tons of flavor, Brother's artichokes were cooked really well and he incorporated a lot of veggies! Tom had to give it to Brother!
