Quickfire- Breakfast with Nutella... at the crack of dawn! Ugh this would kill me! That kitchen is tiny for them ALL to cook in- DAMN! Plus they're all so tired from staying up the Bruce- timing!

Elimination Challenge with Meryl Davis- Icing Dancing Gold Medalist, Gus Kenworthy- Freeski Slopestyle Solver medalist and John Daly- Skeleton Racer! Teams of 3 will compete in a head to head showdown showcasing Speed, Precision and Agility!

Speed: Feed 30 diners in 45 mins
Precision: Cook a protein perfectly with perfect knife cuts
Agility: Freestyle- toss in as many tricks as you can
I already know Tanya is going to have issues from previews and how she's discussing not wanting to do Precision...

Kinda cool having a live audience!!! Kind of surprised they didn't do this in Springs at the Olympic Training Center.
Speed Round: Bruce, Claudette and Fatima. Claudette does seem to be struggling a bit... she banked on her LCK skills and shouldn't ask for as much help as she is. The other chefs both have to cook too, so the 1st round chef should be as self sufficient as possible! Maybe it was just poor planning? The other teams seem to be doing better sharing the work. They all did pretty well. Scores: Red 47, White 41.5, Blue 50
Precision Round: Joseph, Tanya and Adrienne. Tanya- wow choosing 145 for Lamb seems high since that is the same temp Joesph picked for chicken! This is tough for the temp- but the knife skills should be there for each of them no problem! Adrienne had the best knife skills so that's probably a relief! Tanya's knife skills were very lacking. Scores: Red 40.5, White 18.5, Blue 42.5
Agility Round: Chris, Joe and Carrie. Pressure is really on for Chris now! Carrie's dish fell really flat, bleu cheese was overpowering and the pasta was amateur. Chris and Joe both did really well! Scores: Red 35, White 51, Blue 51.5
Red: Fatima, Carrie and Adrienne- Silver: 122.5
White: Claudette, Chris and Tanya- Bronze: 111
Blue: Joe, Bruce and Joseph- Gold: 144
Blue team is the winning team! They did fabulous! They clicked really well and had a strong plan from the beginning. The winning chef is Joe! His pasta was very fun and creative!
White team is on the bottom today. They really didn't mesh, and I feel like Tanya was an issue from the start. She had a poor attitude not getting to do the speed round, but she didn't really seem to speak up and ask to do that round either. Claudette - I am torn. I don't know why she didn't ask Chris for more help- why was she relying on Tanya so much? I really liked Tanya, but her behavior this challenge was disappointing. And Tanya is leaving to head to LCK today. I think the judges made the right choice, I don't think her head was in the game.
