Jeremy, Marjorie and Isaac are all coming head-to-head with the LCK winner Amar!!!
They get to pick ingredients based on a deck of cards- Spade-Royal (Marjorie), Diamond-Merchant (Jeremy), Heart- Clergy (Isaac) and Club-Peasants (Amar).
Challenge is to feed 150 people in 3 hours based on their pantry- but they get some help! Marjorie picks Karen, Isaac picks Carl, Jeremy picks Kwame and Amar gets Phillip. Winner goes straight to the Finale and $25K (HIGH STAKES).
They are all making great dishes that sound amazing. Every execute and embraced their dishes well!
The Winner is Jeremy and he earns an extra 2 pts!
David Copperfield joins them for the Elimination Challenge- they needs to create a magical dish, something that surprises the judges with an element of illusion!
I feel like Marjorie had a tough time really out of her comfort zone. Roasted duck a l'orange with braised endive, caramelized romesco and fennel puree
I loved Isaac's presentation, he is a showman! "Chicken fried steak" dry-aged rib eye with crispy hen skin, quadruple fennel puree and ouzo hollandaise
Amar's dish was really good and his concept was great! Squab, white chocolate truffle ganache, whipped balsamic, mole sauce and potato "onion" ring
And the chef moving on the the finale is AMAR! WOW! Not what I expected.
Regardless of the winner, le'Chefre wins this season since the winning team only gets 15 points, but it could be either chef that gets the win!!!
