FORK is thrilled to PRESENT: An EVENING with 'Top Chef' Season 5 Winner and Founder of Blackbelly, Hosea Rosenberg

Louisville Center for the Arts


A four course dining extravaganza featuring the creative culinary work of Chef Hosea, with optional wine pairings from the ultra-hip Denver urban winery, INFINITE MONKEY THEOREM and winemaker, Ben Parsons.


Chef Hosea will introduce each course along with his culinary point of view and inspirations. Ben will introduce each wine, while explaining his innovative approach to winemaking.

First Course

Our First Berkshire Pork with fennel, citrus, and radish

24-hour braised beef short rib, local grits, roasted mushrooms, smoked sweet onion jam

Strawberry and goat cheese cheesecake with basil-black pepper sorbet

As a special treat, Chef Hosea will be doing an informal Q & A to follow the meal


Throughout the evening, we'll also enjoy the enlivening flamenco music of Louisville musicians Emma Shubin and Vincent Chavez.
